The house has television. The music system will play cassettes, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the house include table tennis. |

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. This is a non-smoking house |

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, a east facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. |

| Vine house is situated a mile down a lane in a very quiet location with no immediate neighbours, it is however only 5 minutes drive from the medieval town of Pezenas with its wonderful ‘old town’, restaurants and shops as well as a very ‘French’ market on Saturdays. The nearby beaches at Meze and Valras are delightful and safe for small children. |
